At Nala Activewear, we strive to ensure that our global community is completely satisfied with their curated "from studio to street" pieces. As we operate internationally from Türkiye, our policy is designed to comply with both European Union Consumer Rights and Turkish Commercial Regulations.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with EU and Turkish consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The Period: The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) receive physical possession of the goods.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To ensure a valid return and full refund, the following strict conditions must be met:

Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Hygiene & Safety: As our products are textile/activewear, items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging. Returns that show signs of wear, makeup stains, odors, or damage caused by the user will be rejected due to hygiene standards.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is mandatory.
3. Return Process and Shipping Costs
Nala simplifies the return process for our customers:

Initiation: Log into your account on eu.nalaactivewear.com to start a self-service return request or contact our support team.

Shipping Labels: Once approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and specific instructions on which carrier to use.

Cost Responsibility: Nala covers the return shipping costs for all valid returns initiated within the 14-day window.
4. Refunds and Processing Time

Inspection: Upon receiving your package, we will inspect the items within 2 business days.

Approval: If the return is approved, Nala will issue a refund to your original payment method (e.g., Iyzico, Credit Card) immediately.

Bank Delays: While Nala processes the refund instantly, please note that banks or credit card providers may take 5-10 business days to reflect the amount on your statement. This is a banking procedure outside of Nala's control.
5. Exchanges
To receive a different size or color as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order simultaneously. This ensures the item is reserved for you and avoids long transit wait times.
6. Damages, Defective Items, and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Deadlines: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it via our WhatsApp Support Line (+90 505 212 90 90) within 48 hours of reception.

Resolution: We will provide an immediate replacement or a full refund, including any initial shipping costs incurred.
7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal once the protective seal or packaging is broken:

Personalized or custom-made items.

Gift cards and sale items marked as "Final Sale."
8. Legal Jurisdiction and Disputes
