Shipping policy

At Nala Activewear, we are committed to delivering our "studio to street" curated collections to our global community as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

2. International Shipping (Export from Türkiye)

We ship worldwide from our central warehouse in Istanbul, Türkiye.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with leading global carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be specified on our homepage and checkout screen.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we are exporting from Türkiye, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Responsibility: Nala Activewear is not responsible for these charges. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that many global carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

Nala Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@nalaactivewear.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
